However, the problem of credibility affects our consumers: more than half (51%) believe that 50% or more of the reviews online are fake. So how is it possible that Italians trust online reviews so much if they believe that most of them are fake? The interviewees seem to suggest the answer: it is important to know where to look and, above all, to equip yourself with effective methods to identify fake reviews.
